This punching bag stand can handle a eighty pound bag all most with out weights but I used weights for heavy punching it was not too hard to put together there was one thing that the instruction did not tell about the floor anchor that cements to the floor.

Good product.

Have lots of barbell weights to hold it down even for light punching if you’re not wanting to anchor it.

We have been using this daily and it's actually doing a great job at holding the bag without moving too much. I do think we'll add weights on the ends just for extra security. The punching ball dies hit the stand, so we xan only hit it from two directions. It was pretryveasy to build out of the box as well. Our punching bag sits kind of low, but that's because of the large hook we added. So far it's working just as expected.

la struttura è bela ha qualche difetto nella finitura per il trasporto, il pacco era aperto mancavano solo 5 rondelle e due bulloni M1020 mi ritengo per ora soddisfatta, non ho ancora potuto utilizzarla, l'ho solo montata

Overall very nice and sturdy. Works well with added weights. One thing was a little troublesome on assembling the stand, some holes on the pipes had metal scrabs inside from being drilled and parts did not go together without having to use steel file to smooth the drill holes first. That will take one star.
