chillbilly_asn It doesn't come with a brush for better/easier cleaning
I purchased the tenderizer a little over a month ago. I use it in my Food Trailer for making marinated Pork Loin Steak Sandwiches. The reason I bought this one is because the electric tenderizer I bought over a yr ago was grinding metal particles into my meat. There are only 2 take aways that I should mention.
1. The neck opening is about 3 inches smaller than I would like &
2. Even though the blades are not sharp, the rollers are difficult to clean. It would be great if the tenderizer came with a custom brush for easier cleaning
Other than that. It work just fine.
