Mathias Cheap and effective at drying shoes but don't expect anything fancy.

Has fans and gets hot enough to effectively dry your shoes with a spring actuated timer. Basically no electronics, just an electro heater, a fan and a spring-based timer. This is a good thing in my opinion as there is less to break. Cheap and effective but don't expect anything super well built or fancy. It actually does dry your shoes though, even if they're wet as there is enough heat and enough air circulation, unlike some of these smaller heaters that claim to be dryers.

Alli-Beth Great heater for ski boots

I'm very impressed with this boot heater and drier. I took it with me to mont Tremblant for skiing last year. It got my boots completely dry and I warmed them before I got dressed to make sure they were toasty when I got to the slopes. They were easier to put on, and felt better at the start of the ski day. It's a little loud, but once your boots are on its not as noticeable. It's very high quality. I would buy this for a friend who loves snow and the winter outdoors.
