Pretty Good Product

I ordered my server rack and it arrived quickly. It definitely could've been packed a little bit better as there was some paint that had scraped off of it from rough shipping. But I cant blame that all on vevor, the shipping company definitely didnt treat the package nicely. Overall the rack is great quality and I would buy again.

Bring Your Own Holes

I like the brand. It’s affordable and made of good metal. I have garage shelves from this brand and now this as well. My best advice for anyone buying it: get an impact driver—without it... good luck and my condolences

Use power tools/ socket wrench
20 U
Be prepared to sweat if you only have hand tools. The screw holes are painted and just right fit so you will need to have a strong arm or a power tool or socket wrench. A few of my rails were scratched and lightly bent. Nothing a little force couldn’t fix. Definitively pay attention and add corner brackets before the top plate. Overall it’s a rack

Great little rack

Great quality, heavy duty I love the castor on the bottom that makes it mobile. The only downside is that assembly is laborious with lots of pieces and screws.

Annoying to build but cheap and sturdy.

It feels sturdy now that its built but it was a pain in the ass to build, the instructions don't help much and the screw placement is go awful, but it still gets four stars for being 1/3rd of the price of a star tech rack.

Bonjour,

works, but a few caveats
9 U
Works great and the price is unbeatable, however the holes in the metal are not threaded and getting the self-threading screws provided into said metal without unintentionally putting them at a super aggressive angle is a nightmare. If they provided tapped holes and bolts that used an Allen key instead of a Phillips head screwdriver this would be a 5/5, but they falter there. Otherwise it is super sturdy and is able to hold my Proliant server along with all my routers & switches no problemo.

A solid rack but a few" gotchas"
20 U
The rack itself is nicely made, but as others have mentioned, the M5 holes are not tapped. Although self-tapping M5 screws are furnished, they only work when the holes are perfectly aligned, and none of the corner support holes are. I ended up redrilling to align the holes and purchased some M5 nuts to fasten with the M5 bolts. Since inside corner access is next to none, I have the bolts pointing outwards with the nuts on the outside, and appearance isn't bad at all. As far as the wheels go, they are useless for after installing more than 20 lbs of equipment on them. The wheels are mounted on cross braces, not the frame itself, and the cross brace twists and skews when the rack is rolled. I got rid of those wheels and purchased some nice 4" heavy duty poly casters and mounted them to a 2 foot square piece of 3/4" plywood and placed the rack on top of this platform. Much easier to wheel and the rack is solid after bolting it down to the platform. The M5 bolts worked fine on the top plate but I strongly advise using a power screwdriver unless you have a strong wrist. My power screwdriver had enough torque to work the self-tapping M5 bolts into the frame, only because those holes lined up. Overall a very nice rack if you're resourceful and can work around the gotchas.

Sturdy but lacks quality control

Several parts have small patches of missing powder coating. I used an impact driver for assembly, it would have been difficult with a screwdriver
