How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Brian Unsettling Vibration during use
Caster Included, Bracket Included 24 inch
The spray nozzles weren't seated correctly from the manufacturer. The groove on each spray nozzle is supposed to be in line with each sprayer arm. Consequently, this caused excessive vibration during operation of the surface cleaner. When I tried to tighten/loosen them to the correct position, they would not tightly seat in line with their respective arm.

I'm unable to leave a review of the product because it never arrived. I'm still waiting for my refund.
The item appears to have been lost in the post. I would strongly recommend changing your delivery provider or postal method, as the one you're currently using clearly isn't reliable.
This has been the worst shopping experience I've had. I hope my refund is processed as soon as possible.
