Purchased and used for the sides of a greenhouse underneath a walnut tree. The definitely would not withstand a branch with more impact than a nut or two if used as roof panels.

Used it to replace missing glass in a greenhouse.
Used additional screws to secure panels, as the glass clips did not hold the panels tightly enough. Confident this will be the last time I have to replace them.
You might want to consider the thicker ones if you think they will have to withstand contact
