How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Esmail Does not have a case or bag
13 inch
This teleprompter does not have a case or bag. It appears all the reviews for teleprompter are combined which is confusing. One reviewer mentioned a bag but it is for a different size and model.
Iam trying to return the 13 inch in order to buy the model with a case but stuck with an AI that is asking for pictures which will be of no help as the reason for return request is the lack of a carrying case or bag.
App is not user friendly as well.

Elieser I am not satisfied
13 inch
Everything is fine, but the camera on my iPhone 14 Pro Max doesn't fit exactly in the foam.
