Wat een super kwaliteit. Heel makkelijk te monteren, goede materialen, 1 mm dik rvs 430 staal, roestvast, niet in de regen laten staan het is geen rvs 403, maar heel goed en heel hitte bestendig. Makkelijk pelletsladen en bij te vullen door vul opening met handig schepje. Heb hem opgestookt, werd snel warm, goede thermometer gecontroleerd met digitale meter. Haalt makkelijk hoge temperatuur. Deurtje klemt een beetje beetje. Degelijke steen van cordieriet 10 mm kortom super.

I much prefer this one, which runs on propane, with the flames on the sides and back. It's far less complicated to make several pizzas in a row than with the pellet stove, which requires constant attention to add pellets for a second or third pizza in a row… The only problem I've had is with the screw-on battery cap for the electric igniter; I have to screw and unscrew it to make electric igniter to work.

So weit alles in Ordnung. Da wir das Alter haben, wo wir kein Englisch können und aus den neuen Bundesländern kommen, wäre schön eine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung mit bei zu senden.

The pizza oven works very well. I've tried both wood pellets and propane and although I thought I would love the authentic experience with wood pellets, it's too much trouble for what it's worth. The time to heat but especially to reheat for a second pizza make it difficult to use, and then cleaning is much more involved as it leaves black soot everywhere inside. On the other hand, propane is much easier to use and doesn't leave a mess. Here's my recipe for success. Preheat to 800 degrees then, insert the pizza inside the oven while lowering the temperature control to the minimum to prevent the top from burning. Start the automatic rotating plate and remove the pizza after 90 seconds. If you want a second pizza, reheat to 800 and start over. I suggest only opening the door for inserting and removing the pizza in the oven.
