I received an empty box. A 10inch by 4inch by 4inch small empty box. Vevor needs to ship heavy items in sturdy and secure packaging. This is 40$ wasted. Granted it’s usps fault for poor handling of the box. Ribbing it and losing the chain. But FML. It’s not rocket science to say the cardboard box needs tapped all up like crazy. I’ll contact Vevor and see how that goes. And I can’t upload a photo evidently because iPhones take too nice a photo.

Before you order from Vevor, do yourself a favor and try contacting anyone! I had a delivery issue that took me 4 weeks and 20 submission. Never could talk to anyone!

Very disappointed in there customer service

Ordered the chain sling and received batteries instead. One battery was leaking battery acid in the unopened box and left a mark on my hardwood floors. When I ask them to ship me the correct product they just sent me a link to their return policy. Very frustrating.
