Great and sturdy but item description says it is primed to paint but it has a powder coating. It is great if you are good with white.

When set in concrete it is super sturdy.

Very pretty design. Not as sturdy as I would have liked, but meets a temporary need. I would save up the money to buy one that has two points of contact with the ground.

Item arrived on time and properly packaged. No damage and looked good. We haven't installed it yet, but when we do, I will post pictures. Bought this handrail to use to assist my senior parents to navigate two concrete steps up to the sidewalk of their home. The handrail is made well. I wish it had been a little bit lower in price, but wrought iron is traditionally expensive, unfortunately.

I don't have steps at my back door, I have a single step. It's a bit high for me at 5'2" and at my age so I needed something to hold onto, but did not need a full size railing. This was the perfect solution for my purposes. It looks really nice, is unobtrusive, and it's sturdy enough to give me the extra stability I need. I did have it set in quick crete, still an easy install.

I bought four and sprayed with black bed liner. Now I depend on them every time I step off of the patio.

This is really quite easy to install and I was very happy with how sturdy it is. I did go beyond the included directions, because I am using this at a cottage and the ground is very sandy and loose. I used a concrete tube and filled it with post cement. It is extremely sturdy! I like how unobtrusive it is, and no need to drive anchors into concrete etc. I ended up buying a second one for symmetry.

For adult applications this rail is great. For children, you may want two posts for strength.

Handrail works great to add safety to the one step off the porch. Rock-solid when installed with concrete as the directions say.
