great value for the money

Obviously price has a lot to do with the purchase of this product . A good solid base to begin with is the most important feature . This cross slide table comes with a few minor faults such as two missing thrust bearings from the slide shafts and the keys have to be cut down to enable the added bearings to fit . These are only minor items and cheap to rectify , and when repaired and the gibbs set right the slides work extremely well with little to no play and ease of movements in both directions , making this unit absolutely recomendable for the small home engineering jobs on the drill press and milling machine

For the average tinkerer and light hobbyist, this works pretty well. Out of the box, you will find that you need to do some fine-tuning of the adjustments for the sled. The tolerances are a bit sloppy if you don't. I find this to be a great value, even with the little things to make it that much better. I do recommend complete disassembly, gleaning, either shimming or replacing the bearings with better quality to take out most of the play, and lubricating moving parts during reassembly.

Ich kann die negativen Kritiken nicht so recht nachvollziehen. Ich musste nichts entgraten, nichts nachbohren oder ähnliches. Ich habe das Spiel wie vorgesehen mit den seitlichen Schrauben minimiert, es ist jetzt nur noch gering (nicht gemessen). 15 Minuten. Deutlich mehr Spiel hatte zunächst die Spindel, was den Wert der Ableseskala sehr einschränkt. Diese Spiel lässt sich sehr einfach durch leichtes Nachziehen der Zentralmuttern der Drehgriffe minimieren. Man kann es leicht so einstellen, dass kaum noch Spiel vorhanden aber noch keine Schwergängigkeit auftritt. Ich habe den Tisch nicht auseinandergenommen, weil ich keinen Anlass dazu gesehen habe. Insgesamt mach der Arbeitstisch auf mich auch ohne großartige Nacharbeiten einen guten Eindruck. Wie er sich in der Praxis auf Dauer hält, wird man sehen.

Der Frästisch ist für einfache Positioniervorgänge und kleinere Fräsarbeiten brauchbar. Es sollten vor der ersten Verwendung alle Schraubverbindungen überprüft werden. Die Spindelspiele lassen sich einstellen, jedoch nicht spielfrei machen. Die Schrauben für die Klemmleisten sollten stirnseitug ballig gedreht oder geschliffen werden. Prinziepiell sehe ich hier meine Erfahrung bestätigt: preiswerte Werkzeuge aus PRC lassen sich gut als Basis verwenden und Erfahren durch die individuelle Nachbearbeitung eine Verbesserung.

Bon outil , relativement fragile , vis légèrement tordue , mais très bien construit dans l’ensemble .
