How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Total garbage. The 3/4 drive ratchet broke the first time I used it, I sent a claim to replace it and vevor said they would answer me within 48 hours...5 days later and no one has contacted me. Obviously they don't know how to deal with Americans. Don't waste your time or money. Will be closing my account.

They literally sent me a returned item. The impacts look like they are from 2 different sets. Some brand new, others clearly used. Don't buy anything from this company. I'm done with them.

I would really like to give five stars, but I still haven’t received the product yet. I received something else instead looks like a rolled up piece of plastic maybe for a desktop. I sent the photo of the box and the shipping label and tried to upload the picture of the plastic piece..
