Customer Reviews for VEVOR Surface Cleaner 18 inch Flat Surface Cleaner for Pressure Washer 4000psi Pressure with 3/8 Quick Connector Surface Cleaner with Casters 10.5GPM Stainless Steel Rotating Rod & 3 Nozzle for Patio

The only reason I gave this four stars is because this has 3 nozzles instead of 2, so in all fairness to Vevor (and their manfacturer, if different), you MUST use a 4000 PSI, 4 GPM pressure washer to provide sufficient water output to effectively clean the concrete driveway, but this requirement IS noted in their product description. I did have a 3600 PSI, 2.5 GPM Dewalt pressure washer which tripled the amount of cleaning time needed for a relatively easy job (50 ft driveway and 90 ft long sidewalks) as I have had seven hip back, sciatic and knee replacement surgeries. Vevor should give customer the option to buy EITHER a two or three nozzle system when ordering the 18" and higher cleaner because once you get into the 4000 PSI level and above, pressure washers are somewhat cost prohibitive for the average person as they generally start at $1,000 and go up from there. I purchased a Simpson 4200 PSI, 4 GPM system ($1,299) for the best manufactured system with a limited 3 yr/5 yr/10 yr warranty, and this 24" cleaner works like a beast with the right PSI pressure washer!!!

I was very excited to receive the 18" flat surface cleaner. Assembly was straightforward and it seemed like a quality product. My first problem encountered was my pressure washer has screw-on hoses so I had to make a trip to the hardware store to purchase quick connect couples.Everything seemed to be working fine and I was very satisfied with how it worked. I was almost done with a 2 car driveway when the spray arm fell off the base. This left me with several parts from the pressure washer on an unfinished driveway.A quick check of the manual offered no explanation on how to reassemble the unit or indication as to why it would have occurred. I have sent a message to the seller hoping to get either instruction on how to reassemble, or a replacement unit . Will see how they respond before requesting a refund.Follow up *** I contacted the seller who identified the problem. Its disappointing but these things happen. More importantly, was how they remedied the problem. They sent a prepaid mailer to return the item and issued a full refund. They stand behind what they sell so buy with confidence

The spray nozzles weren't seated correctly from the manufacturer. The groove on each spray nozzle is supposed to be in line with each sprayer arm. Consequently, this caused excessive vibration during operation of the surface cleaner. When I tried to tighten/loosen them to the correct position, they would not tightly seat in line with their respective arm.

I'm unable to leave a review of the product because it never arrived. I'm still waiting for my refund. The item appears to have been lost in the post. I would strongly recommend changing your delivery provider or postal method, as the one you're currently using clearly isn't reliable. This has been the worst shopping experience I've had. I hope my refund is processed as soon as possible.

Straight out the box it was badly dented! It still worked and was easy to set up but the packaging needs to be better!

Not working right at all doesn't turn the nosel ................................' ..... .!m ........... n nnngʻt..... ..........

trop fragile

Using my 4400 psi 4gpm pressure washer this does not create enough pressure to clean anything.
