great use in firepit

Love this fire pit! The price is excellent and it easy to put together

Overall this firepit was decent for the price. The holes didn't quite lineup for the screws. Also I have only had it in the yard for 1 year and it has already started to rust. So a protective spray is a must for long term use.

Good packaging, panels fit well together, can be adjusted, don’t tighten all the screws until all pieces are put together, thickness as advertised at 2.5mm. The only gripe, albeit small, is that screws are unnecessarily long. Not a big deal though.

Easy to assemble work well in my fire pit

It was pretty easy to put together and the instructions were clear. I’ll probably spray some high temp spray paint over the chrome bolts just for looks. I built my fire pit using 3 layers of stone creating a 12” deep pit. The fire ring is 10” so I filled the bottom of the pit with 3 “ of red pumice rock to protect the fire pit blocks. The fire ring looks great. Should be easy to touch up if needed.

This is a great product for any DYI who is tackling the fire pit installation process and wants to save some money. This product was recommended on YouTube, but after assembling and installing, I found some issues with the product. The assembly was fairly easy, but the aligning of each side was a bit tricky at first and didn't always seat well at the connecting points. After assembling you have a little gap, about 1/8" between each piece so if that is going to bother you, then don't buy this or be prepared to see it all the time. The build quality is okay, but could've used more weld around the seams. I'll attached photos for your viewing pleasure. Overall, I would still recommend this particular insert because of its 10 inch height. Many of the other inserts are 4 to 6 inches. Hope this help you in your decision. God Bless!!!
