Wow, hooked this up with my Fein shop vac and takes the mud off the wall right now. A little heavy but I choke up on the handle. I'm a weak old man. You robust men would have no trouble with the weight of it.

This is one of the best purchases I have made. I wish these would have been available years ago. The drywall sander saved so much time and made less dust compared to hand/pole sanding. The lights made it easier to see the surface and the dust bag attachment worked very well. You do need to be careful to not sand through the drywall paper especially with a fresh piece of sandpaper, but a little practice will have you sanding like a professional. What a great timesaver!!!

I bought this because I hate sanding plasterboard. Now that I'm 67 I hate it more. House required some renovation and re-sheeting of two walls. Purchase and delivery went smoothly and the unit arrived quickly, and immediately. It works great on plasterboard cutting my sanding by more than 50%. It is a bit heavy when working overhead for long periods of time, but given how quickly it cuts, you won't be using it nearly as long as you would be using a swivel-stick style sander. I regret not ordering the system with a vacuum bag getting the hose to connect to my Karcher DP6 was fiddly and required some inventiveness on my part. This tool is an awesome value, and works really well! I highly recommend getting the version that includes the dustbag as you cannot get the dust bag as an accessory.

Scraped all the pop corn ceiling off, used the sander to smooth the mess up, worked great. Found screen 150 and it worked great.
