Watched a utube video which was very helpful as a guide for use. Generally straightforward.Connectors are a bit fiddly. Wish I had bought an extra metre (but that’s down to me). Overall, fairly easy to use so worth a try if you are thinking of diy

Worked very well cleaning my chimney but somehow the rods came apart inside the chimney so after I got it back out I just duck taped all the connections and it worked great.

The product itself is of high quality, I think. But for my particular situation it was difficult to use. My 30’ tall, 9” diameter round chimney is entirely vertical, no angles whatsoever. As I was adding flexible rods and moving the brush upward, when I was about 2/3 of the way to the top and stopping to add another rod, the weight of the whole assembly caused it to slide back down into the firebox. I made a second attempt but the same thing happened, so I gave up. The 2/3 of the chimney was cleaned well, so I can’t take issue with the chimney sweep kit’s effectiveness. But for tall, purely vertical chimneys, it has its limitations. My plan is to try assembling a support made with PVC pipe, something that will contain the flexible rods a foot or so into the chimney. The rods would be fed through the PVC pipe. I’m thinking that if the assembled rods are kept in the 9” diameter chimney, they won’t buckle when I stop to add another rod. It could get pretty messy with the dirt coming down the chimney as it’s getting treated, but that’s maybe a simpler problem to overcome. If I didn’t enjoy challenges I’d probably just give up on trying to clean this chimney myself!

Good delivery. Product was perfect for what I wanted. Got alot of soot out of the chimney. Easy to use but a bit of a job getting the poles apart as you take them out. I would buy again but hopefully I won't have to if they last.

The brush is as described it works great.

Globalement très bien. par contre les cannes ne sont pas du tout flexibles ,elles sont relativement rigide et les empêche de passer dans les conduits avec des coudes sinon l'ensemble est correct

It worked great on my house, but my brothers house chimney is taller. Because 2 of the extensions are defective and Vevor won’t send me 2 replacements I can not do his chimney, kinda disappointed…… ☹️ Not sure I’m so impressed with Vevor..on this matter. My friends feel the same way. Too bad Ron 250-432-5116
