Good product.

liked the product work well for my situation,but i need one more rod and there is no option to purchase one.

Just got it and sweeped my chimney. Everything went well and I recommend this product. My conduit does have a tight 90 deg. angle, so I used a piece of flexible plastic pipe attached to the stove pipe as a sleeve to protect the rods (see picture), it worked flawlessly. I saw in a review of a similar product that the rods can disconnect, and removing the tool from the chimney can be a mess, so to make sure, I added a cord. This requires to reverse the drill forward/backward often to prevent the cord from getting entangled, but I think the peace of mind is worth the extra trouble. I also made a little video inside hte chimney before / after and can confirm it removed nearly everything even with a square chimney conduit. This products pays for itself the first time you use it, it's much more convenient than having to get on the roof to do it so, even if it's a dirty job, it's well worth the trouble !

Ordered this a couple days ago and arrived quickly. Was going to buy this on amazon but I found this website and it was much cheaper! I watched some YouTube on how to use this and attempted it myself for the first time. It was really easy to use and can do the whole thing from inside my house. I attached to my hammer drill and it worked almost too well. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it! Thanks so much Vevor!

This thing works as it should. Feeds upwards through the door of the fireplace. After each metre of flue has been cleaned, just add another rod section and continue. It took less than 15 minutes to look at the instructions, put it together, and do the cleaning. I put a low cut cardboard box about the size of the firebox inside the firebox under the chimney to catch all the soot.

It works very well. Wish I would have purchased it sooner. Saved me $150.00 the first time I used it. Nicest thing is I now clean my chimney a few times a year instead of hiring it done once a year.
