Works fine for wood, plastics and similar materials. The motor is a little too weak for metal. The trestle is way too weak for heavier stuff.

Bought this for my garage, but it was a poor choice as it won't even operate under 40⁰. Once it's warmed up to the 50s it will run with a little help push starting it by spinning the grinding wheel. Once warmed to the 60s it worked pretty good. It could also really use a dust collector. I definitely would not buy this unless you want it for in the house or in a heated shop.

I have been buying from Vevor for a few years now and not every product has been perfect. That's not been a problem because Vevor's customer service has been top notch until recently. I purchase as a business with a pro account, this is supposed to offer even better customer support. However, this bench grinder didn't work when it arrived and even after sending videos to Vevor they said I would only get a refund or exchange after they have received the the product back. They then sent that same email over and over and over and ignored my response that I'd like to return it for a refund. About 5 emails later they finally approved the return and sent me the shipping label. I'm not sure if I'll continue to purchase from Vevor after this.

I ordered this more than a month ago and have not received it.

Well upon receiving it, had a clunking sound in the drive wheel. Turns out it was a screw. Asked them for support and they thought the belt tool shelf was too close. Took a picture to show them their stupidity. Days passed. Grinder stopped instantly one day. Messaged them with a video of the screw rattling inside, as well as when it broke and not running at all. They wanted me to drive it to a repair shop somewhere and pay to get it fixed. I said nope, give me my money back. Days no response again. They offered to give me $40 back and have me take it somewhere for repairs. I told them I want my money back, all of it. It's under 30 day return period. It's broken, it arrived broken. I don't want it fixed, I don't want this garbage. They finally 3 days after that message, after I reported them to the better business bureau, screenshotted my review and included them in it on the email chain, as well as tagging them on Instagram with the broken tool, they responded and said I can have my money back, and keep this junk. It's currently in the possession of my machinest buddy whos doing a motor swap and keeping it after because I don't want it. Literally getting my money back from these chinks was like pulling teeth. I hope Trump's tariffs bend them over and puts Vevor out of business. I didn't even register the warranty on the drill press because of how bad their service is. If it breaks, I'm getting a new, different brand. Avoid this trash ass garbage temu quality tool company.

Purchased item, received bent and completely unusable. Vevor refuses to let me return for my money back.
