Will be more than enough for the vacuum I need to create. Not sure how long this would work in the HVAC trade, but it is absolutely perfect for my needs. Please note that oil is included in the package.

After using a Robin air, high-volume vacuum pump for better than 25 years I was very surprised at how quiet this unit was and how efficiently it vacuumed a 5 ton system out. For the price I could not see not taking a chance on it and I am very impressed with this unit.

Nathan Fast, good connectors.
Documentation is a little sparse on detail but the pump works quickly to get a 4 gallon chamber for vacuum sealing a Mason jar. < 30s.
Very quiet compared to 1 stage pump.
Came with 2 bottles of oil, so initial and 1 future oil change.
Very happy with unit.
Keep forgetting to remove oil vent cap so it pops off loudly.
Dual ports for vacuum is nice extra.
