Ordered this and it came in a few days. We put it to work within the hour after receiving it. Works very well and has made a lot of distilled water for our humidifier. I expect a long term use from this well built and very easy to use appliance.

First time user. I've been using distilled water for over 8 years, approximately 2 gallons every 2 weeks. For my wife's CPAP and my BPAP machines. I recently increased my usage of distilled water. I added a Sinugator Cordless Pulsating Nasal Wash and a Water Dental Flosser Cordless with Magnetic Charging for Teeth Cleaning, Nursal 7 Clean Settings Portable Rechargeable Oral Irrigator. I estimate to increase my usage to 2 gallons a week. So far it's meeting my needs. I plan on updating this review in 6 months.

I have a ton of plants that require distilled water plus several machines (a CPAP, a clothing steamer, and two humidifiers) that also need distilled water. At 8,000' of altitude, this little machine distills water at the rate of about 1 gallon per 3 hours, and on the rare occasion I forget to check on it, it will shut off automatically when it runs dry. If you have hard water, I recommend stopping it early, dumping the last 1/4ish of the water, then rinsing and refilling before continuing. At first I had to use the included cleaner every 5-8 gallons due to excessive mineral buildup, but stopping it early and rinsing it out has really helped reduce the build up in my distiller. If you use a lot of distilled water, I definitely recommend this distiller!

Excellent distiller for the money. Takes about 3 1/2 hours to distill 1 gallon. Comes with gallon jug and filters. Very easy to use, excellent purchase.

We have 4 CPAP users in our home. This is a cheaper way to make water for us. It takes about 4 hours to run for a 1 gallon. I only notice the receiving bottle doesn’t fit flush under the main bottle spout.

I got this not expecting anything special. I am pleasantly surprised. You can hear the fan running but it becomes background noise. The process is easy and relatively quick. A gallon of DI in about 6 (?) hours. I use it for my humidifier and for my nasal rinse. Hubby uses it in his CPAP. I think it will pay for itself in record time. I do wish the instructions for when to change out the carbon filter was in the booklet.

I agree with others that instructions are not good- I watched a YouTube video to help. Once I figured out the setup, it is very easy to use! Using distilled water in my humidifiers is making a huge difference! And keeping this unit clean is very easy! Also auto shut off is great! Highly recommend if you need distilled water!

I love this, I use it nonstop and it's been great with humidifiers. Less of that white chalk gets disbursed throughout my house.

Bought this for my CPAP machine, didn't like the idea of buying distilled water that had been stored for who knows how long in the warehouses.

Follow the instructions carefully and you won't be disappointed. It took almost two hours to fill the blue jug that comes with it.
