Feeling easy to use, but also easy to damage. Little expensive and lift it heavy...............................

So far the product has worked as advertised. My plumber showed my how to operate it and said it was a good buy for the money

After using it once, it feels ok.

really works it helps clearing our drain and I was amazed when I got a lot of roots from the drain that came from my Palm tree roots. now my drain are cleared and no more worries when it rain. No more stress and no more flooding my side yards.

I must of misread, but it came with 60 foot of cable, so need to order additional.

Item did not come with any instructions, and the bits provided did not fit on product either cable. Why have 5/8 cable and 3/4 bits?

A good product...works well.Poorly packed and damaged in transit.Damage is minor and did not effect operation.

Every year for the past several years, we have had to pay someone to unclog our sink drain. This year we decided to invest in an electronic auger. Running the small snake unclogged our drain, and the long attachment really cleaned out the drain. I would give 5 stars except for it not coming with instructions. Luckily my husband was able to put it together and figure out how to use it pretty easily. Once he figured it out, it was super easy to use.
