This little machine almost paid for itself with its first use. 16mm coil (about half the size of larger commercial units) is just perfect for those smaller drains (100mm).There were no instructions with it, but pretty simple to work out how to operate - just feed the spring through the unit, turn on and engage the clutch as needed. Forward/reverse by means of switch.

The only thing - it needs to be lubricated each time before or after use.

This machine has great power when it come to stubborn blocked drain lines. The machines comes with several different cable head and very strong cable. I love this machine, it gets the job done.

I love it : I've searched on the internet for some time deciding which plumber's "snake" to actually purchase. My problem was that I have a 15 metre sewerage pipe so I needed to be sure that the package had the capacity to reach the end AND the machine was of a good quality. It is - the package actually gives you 22 metres : very impressed. The only minor concern was getting the legs onto the machine : it took a while to align the threads on the machine with the thread on the three legs : we got there in the end.

Bought this to snake more than 50' of 3" drain to main septic line. It worked fine the second try with the dogknot spring attachment. Saved overall since price of this equalled what plumber wanted to do the same job. Would recommend this motorized unit.
