Worked great from the box, did quite a lot of upgrades but kept the hole unit under 1k. so very cheap for the potential of this laser

Great entry level laser to get started in the hobby. If you're on the fence, just do it! research on you tube all the safety upgrades that need doing out of the box. Then it'll be a fun machine for you to get into laser engravingcutting! Throw the standard software away and just use k40 Whisperer. Took about 3-4 hours to fix all the wiring, align the laser and re-configure the x-Axis but now it's a real goer.

The macine works great. Not super high quality but plenty good enoungh hobby use.

The laser needed adjustment on the mirrors, but that was due to shipping. Make sure you don't loose the USB that comes with it, as it is vital. Good unit.

These are a well known, budget laser cutter/engraver. To get the best and safest use out of yours then you need to search for K40 laser on yootube because once they are tweaked they make a great machine.

Took a little to align but works great having fun playing around making stuff now
