I use it to make sausages and salami and it quick, easy to use and easy to clean. Would recommen this for anyone making their own small goods.

This thing works awesome and is way bigger then I was expecting. Great fit and finish so nice I may just leave it in my living room. I did 5 LBS of salami and 4 Lbs of Italian sausages last night. Also bought the # 22 SS hand meat grinder and the kitchen Aid pasta attachment kit. All very good quality, I am spreading the word to friends and family. I’ve never made sausage before. This press was simple use and i was able to crank out my first round of sausage pretty easily and all by myself. I would definatley recommend it. Only thing I hadn’t thought of is how to get the last of the meat that remains in the tube once fully compressed out into the casing.
