Sausage stuffer worked great. I didn’t think it came with a pressure relief valve but it does which helps a lot to vent air. Made really fast work of stuffing sausages.

This is a perfect sausage stuffer. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for features is that my stuffer didn't include a gasket for the tubes so I had to make one out of food grade silicone gasket material. I used the second from smallest tube (smokies) and the largest tube (salami) and the stuffer easily developed enough pressure to force the meat mixture into the casings with no air bubbles because of the nice air vent on the piston. There was no meat left in the stuffer when the piston was run to the end, only in the tube.

So happy with this purchase. We are keeping our Portuguese tradition alive. By making homemade sausages. Having this machine was so helpful. i already had one but we needed another one as the family has grown and now they have invited their friends to also be a part of it
