ACHTUNG BETRÜGER-HÄNDLER, eine Rücksendung ist bei keinem Gerät möglich, obwohl damit auf der Website geworben wird und Händler in der EU dazu eigentlich verpflichtet sind, stattdessen ist der Reagiert der absolut unterirdische Kundenservice nicht auf die Anliegen der Kunden. Hier nicht kaufen!!!

Runs at full, cannot turn it down, thermostat control does not work. Very noisy fan. Doesn't make the van warm when it is below about 10c outside. Very disappointed.

I assemble the unit the day i received it. Pretty straight forward. I brought it to the service station and filled it with 3 L of diesel and placed it in the back of my car. When I got home 5 minutes later, diesel was leaking from the heater, all over my car and then in my garage. I am currently trying to return the defective item.

Got it working after installation but fuel pump got stuck and is not pumping oil, I removed it cleaned it and ran the prime program but after a day it got stuck again. LCD screen buttons are not working, only works with remote control. Had the same heater for a year in my old camper before with zero issues, but not this time. Not good quality parts.

I use and like Vevor but this heater has problems. First thing it works well and heats well but it stinks. I have another Vevor heater in my caravan and it's terrific no smells at all. I have run it for an hour but the smell just gets stronger. Customer service were very good and told me to pull it apart and see if there's any leaks etc, I found a small bit of cardboard and a dead dried out grasshopper in the outside of the combustion chamber. I thoroughly cleaned it and put it back together but it still is offensive and wont go away. I'll My claim case is closed now and cant be reopened so I'll probably leave this one for spare parts and buy another one from Edisons. Vevor generally is very good but I got a Dud this time.

Not worth it, stopped working after few uses. Had been in storage from long time if they return it. Will be happy to return it

Fuel line is next to the exhaust which is not a good start. It’s wont start after trying everything. We think it just is a bad one
