We are writing to inform you that we are recalling a Vevor Retractable Baby Gates, Models YJ-3355, YJ-3371, and YJ-33110 (“VEVOR Product”), in cooperation ACCC. VEVOR is recalling this product because the recalled gates violate the mandatory standard for expansion gates and expandable enclosures, and a child’s torso can fit through the opening between the gate and the floor, posing a risk of serious injury due to entrapment.

According to our records, you may have purchased a Vevor Retractable Baby Gates subject to this recall. For more information, please refer to the link below.

You should stop using the VEVOR Product immediately. You are entitled to a full refund by by emailing Vevor at recalling@vevor.com. You can also visit https://www.vevor.com.au/pages/Vevor-Retractable-Baby-Gates-Recall for more information about this recall.

The VEVOR Products were advertised as the Vevor-branded safety gates which were sold in gray, black, and white and have a metal frame about 34.2 inches high and a retractable screen that extends up to 60 inches wide (model YJ-3355), 76.8 inches wide (model YJ-3371) or 116 inches wide (model YJ-33110). The brand name“Vevor” is printed on the corner post of the gate. The model number is printed on the product packaging and in the user manual. To participate in the recall, you will be asked to destroy the gate by cutting through the mesh and send a photo of the destroyed gate to recalling@vevor.com.
