Absolutely brilliant

This by far is the best money I’ve ever spent I’ve always wanted one, but they’ve been far too expensive. I’m glad I pulled the trigger and bought it highly recommend the price has gone up, but I can see the reflection on the quality. If this had a ring light as well, it would be 10 out of 10.

Microscope for setting gemstones

Very happy with this microscope. A little tricky to know how to set it up to suit me - but found a really good YouTube video on how to get started with a jewellers microscope and so have all the ergonomics sorted out. I have already started stone setting with it and very happy with the results.

I bought this in April 2023, and it is great. It doesn't come with lighting, and I haven't needed it with the overhead lighting I have in my studio. It was listed as $318.99 at the time- seems like the price varies at certain times like the mysteries of insurance/phone bills, but the price seems to hover around $300. It does everything that I am used to and need to set any size stone (yes, even those half pointers). You can bolt it to your work bench, and it comes with a protective cover as well. I am pleasantly surprised.
