Once together, this is a solid product; however, some quality issues you might want to be aware of. The power coating is awesome, except that it's all inside of the threaded holes. One (out of four) of the connecting plates was beyond just running a bolt through to remove the paint and required re-tapping the threads altogether. If you do not have a tap, you'll need to purchase washers and nuts and drill out the threads to get it to fit. One of the retractable wheels did not have enough gap to allow the wheel support to move up and down freely and needed some convincing with a pipe wrench to add more clearance. One of the threaded support rods on the side require a pair of vice grips to get the threads to recut. Seems the threads are metric and I did not have the appropriate tap to clear the hole. Very solid unit, just beware, you may need it "convince it" a bit during the assembly.

This is a very good product nice and steroid easy to assemble I put my mobile generator on it and move it around so easy I would by a mother one if I need one very good Kevin.

I can only conclude from other reviews that Vevor had a manufacturing issue because my experience is the exact opposite. This base is solid as can be, materials and wheels are excellent, and everything went together quickly and exactly as it should. I have a full height bandsaw on it, and it rolls around perfectly without the stationary feet scraping the floor. When the stationary feet are engaged, the work table is dead level. I didn't do anything to set the feet other than \"that looks about right.\" The alternative to this base costs almost three times as much, and the only thing I could envision being better is a flashier paint job. I ordered a second one for my router table. It doesn't need anything near this heavy, but I really like the way this one works compared to the lighter weight universal bases that have a tendency to not be high enough up to move around without scraping.

I welded these to my forge which is very heavy. The instructions are vague, but I adjusted the stops so that it works for moving my forge.

I received my base yesterday. The package was in pretty poor condition when it arrived but all the parts were there and in good shape. It took less than an hour to assemble and it felt extremely strong. This morning I put my 600+ lb. Delta Unisaw in the base (by myself I might add!) That took just under 2 hours. But now I can roll my saw around anywhere I want to in my shop. It rolls very easily. I purchased the model with 4 swivel wheels which in my mind is better that having only 2 wheels that swivel. In summary, I am very happy so far with this base and I would recommend it if you have any heavy equipment that you need to move around.

In reverse order, first…The Ugly; As many reviewers have already mentioned, the packaging would be fine if this were sold in a retail store, but it is inadequate to hold up against the rigors of mail delivery. Mine arrived with large holes in the flimsy box. I got lucky, and the parts bags were still intact, but I could see how easily they could have been lost. I cannot say whether the company will send replacements for parts lost in transit. The Ugly: The rails cannot be bottomed out into their pockets unless/until you cut two of them shorter by cutting 2” off of each end, so as to make the holes align. This will be no big deal if you plan to put it on a larger machine, but if you want to use it on a machine with a small footprint such as a drill press or bandsaw, you will need to make this ‘fix’ The biggest ‘Ugly’ being that of the four wheel brackets, two were welded too closely to the bolt hole making using said holes impossible. See photo. The bad: Next it is obvious that quality control is not a top priority. The steel is covered with metal splatter from the weld, and it is clear that the surface was not cleaned prior to painting as there were spots where the paint was flaked off and grime, presumably from the welding still of the metal’s surface. Now for the ‘Good’ I have a half dozen machines all on different brands of mobility kits, and this one is HEAVY DUTY (!!!) with thicker gage steel that all but my Bora heavy duty rated kit on a 1-ton machine. Seriously, cosmetics and quality control aside, this kit is as tough as kits three times its price. Conclusion (would I buy one again?): If you have the money for a more expensive kit, there are kits out there that are as strong as this one with a better fit and finish. But if you are on a budget, and willing to look past paint/welding blemishes, and make alterations to make it all fit correctly, this is one heavy duty kit, at a very low price. So for me, the next kit that I’ll buy will be another one of these.
