Its is cheaply manufactured and there is work needed to bring it up to a standard. While it has linear rails on the X and Y axis and a good controller, my unit must have been in storage for a while as the Z axis lead screws had rust that had to be cleaned off. Also the lens inside the laser head had not tightened down at all and was moving while around causing some very bent lines to be cut. The cabinet lid has been manufactured with a woof in it and does not sit flat, I wont be able to bend it straight so its a feature. The Laser head hits the gas strut on the lid as it pass under it, I need to move the strut or pad the lid somehow. There were few loose screws that had to be tightened down. The exhaust blower cowling had popped out of it rolled bead on the edges, I was able to pop this back in. All of these things were fixed and the unit did not need to be returned and seems to be working fine thus far now that the items have been addressed. The compressor is underpowered for cutting but that standard for all these units from what I read so expect to upgrade that at some point. Its a cheap price point CO2 laser, so expect to fix quality control issues but otherwise the unit has so far worked as advertised. Documentation is poor, but I just used the documentation for the Omtech 80W CO2 laser to supplement as these seem to be rebadges.

Great results and machine has paid for itself multiple times over Have had to pay for 3rd party software but again the return on investment has been greater

The machine arrived in a robust crate within a week. Despite some issues Baiomy the customer representative assisted me from the start to finish, did take some time but the end result is perfect, 5 star top rated service!

Delivery was as expected but there was no communication at all so after a couple of calls to Vevor they let me know when it was coming. The machine was packed very well and no reportable damage from shipping. The unit has visible welding and grinding marks that make it look a bit second hand or refurbed. The work area lid has to be closed with pressure on one side as I would say the whole unit is out of square. The hoses for water and air are very thin and flimsy to the point they are permanently crimped up from shipping, these have been replaced with more durable hoses. The exhaust fan also looks refurbed as the fins on the motor have been broken off in some areas. The power cable for the fan was also crushed and the pins are so thin on the plug that I will be replacing the cable entirely. The wheels although solid roll like they are square but thats not too big a deal. Now the good bits... After realigning the mirrors and many tests I found 4mm laser height was enough to cut through 9mm MDF in one pass with less than 80% power and around 250mm/m (lightburn scale). Connecting to lightburn was very easy and worked first go. I have successfully cut and engraved Ply, MDF, and clear acrylic with excellent results. Overall Im reasonably happy with my purchase and the materials I use will never push the laser beyond 80% so im hoping for long life.

I was surprised with how happy I was with this laser cutter. Everything was supplied correctly and was impressed with how safely these are packaged. It comes fully crated so it's not easy to move. This caused some logistical issues with the carrier but well worth knowing it's packaged safely. It was forklift-loaded into my van and carefully lowered on the other side by 2 people safely. Aligned the laser, ran the initial setup instructions, plugged it in via USB and took off straight away.

This laser cutter worked straight out of the box. The mirrors were aligned and after the usual setup, cut and engraved perfectly. The RD Works software is great with Adobe Illustrator (plugin) or can be used on its own. The set-up of the Ruida controller takes a little while and it is worth watching a few Youtube videos first. The only needed improvement would be a power meter for the laser tube. Ideally these machines need to be run at 18mA to prolong the tube life. Delivery was a little difficult due the courier used (Hunter Express) but apart from that, everything 5 stars. Thanks VEVOR

Great machine, highly recommend. Arrived safely, looks good, easy to use. Having so much fun with it and manufacturing some cool items. Go buy one of these if you’re looking for an affordable laser engraving machine.

Just started to learn and it seems a little complicated but i am starting to get my head around it. I changed my software from rdworks to lightburn which is much easier to deal with. The machine was easy to adjust but i changed my blower to a hydroponics blower which was much quieter.

I've had this machine for about 1 month, built quality is good and performs good, It's a good machine at a good price, very well packaged for good protection. Delivery within a week or so, I would recommend this machine, I added a water chiller, to help keep things cool in the summer months.
