The induction sealing machine enables to seal non-metallic bottles with aluminium foil under the electromagnetic induction device. It works by applying instant high heat to the foil that needs to be melted in order to seal the bottle. It seals in a matter of seconds and preserves and protects whatever is stored inside. The induction sealing machine can improve the product's shelf period, enhance fake-proof performance. It is fit for small and discontinuous sealing work. The sealing diameter range is from 20MM to 85MM. Sealing power is 500W.

Large Induction Head
The double-sided pure copper induction coil makes the sealing machine run more efficiently and consume loss energy. Make heating faster and more uniform, improving work efficiency.
Microcomputer Control Panel
The power can be adjusted through two power adjustment buttons. Easy to control with adjustable sealing time and visible production volume. And zeroing button can be pushed for 2s to reset the count.
Vertical Inductive Switch
On the top of the induction thickening head, an independent inductive switch is designed for the equipment, which is sensitive and easy to replace and repair. This design prevents electric shock and is safer to use.
Two-side Cooling System
The sealing machine is equipped with a high quality heat dissipation system. Ventilation and heat dissipation is faster. The cooling parts help the equipment to avoid overheating for multiple protection of machine circuit.
