I have a dozen timber slabs approximately 900mm wide and 3700mm long and wish to flatten them using a router sled. I notice that your linear guide rails come in 2000mm lengths. Can I add two 2000mm lengths together to make a 4000mm length and still have the slides go the full 4000mm length? Thanks Peter

They need to be butted together, and can't be used just by putting together.

When the slide block is attached to the guide rail, what is the overall height from the underside of the guide rail to the top face of the slide block?
