How often do we replace the carbon filter? and where do we purchase them please

If you use the machine every day, replace the filter every 4 months. The product comes with a spare filter, which is enough for more than a year. If it is used up, it is okay not to use it. It only improves the taste. If you still need it, please buy it locally or online. We don't sell it.

I haven't been washing water tank out after each use and it now has a hard crust - how do I clean it?

Add 1 liter of water (higher than the surface of the dirt) into the inner tank of the main unit, add 2 tablespoons of cleaning agent (citric acid), do not cover the head assembly, turn on the power and boil the water for 30 minutes, pour out the water, rinse with clean water, or add an appropriate amount of white vinegar to the inner tank instead of citric acid, soak the scale for ten minutes (the longer the soaking time, the better the effect).
