Hi, whats the weight of the ladder and can it be stored separately from the tent to reduce load on roof.

The ladder weighs 7.4kg. Based on common usage, it is more convenient to store the ladder in the trunk separately from the tent.

Where is the ladder stored for transportation? Is it possible to mount solar panel on the top surface?? Thank you

The telescopic ladder is folded and stored inside/beneath the hard shell of the rooftop tent for transportation. It travels with the tent when closed. Mounting a solar panel on the top surface is not recommended . The aluminum hard shell is for protection only and not structurally reinforced for extra loads, which may affect safety and closing function.
