Is this short or medium wave length IR and does it have temperature control down to 60 degrees celcius?

Regarding temperature control, this device is designed for high-heat curing processes and does not support precision temperature control down to 60°C. Is this a 10amp or 15amp plug? Do these also come with Australian fittings or do we need to use adaptors? Thanks in advance!

It is not recommended to use a plug, it can be directly connected to the power cord, because the current reaches 27A when fully turned on.
