why can i not receive outside humidity

Is the display not showing outdoor humidity because it has switched to one of the following weather indices: FEELS LIKE/HEAT INDEX/WIND CHILL/DEW POINT? If it is displaying one of these indices, press the TEMP button to switch back to outdoor temperature and humidity.
