Can this table be stored and used outdoors?

Am i missing something with the wheels? they don't screw into anything in the legs. they just slide into the tubes and fall out easily.

It's been a while since i assembled the table. i think the wheels fit over the end of leg then tap down into place. i hope this is helpful.

Mine screwed into the legs. they were kind of greasy, but i had to twist the top ring of the wheel to get them to screw into the legs. i hope that helps. good luck.

How do i keep wheels from sliding on tile floors even with brakes locked?

You could try putting it on a rubber mat. like the ones used under cat or dog food and water bowls.
