Are these caster wheels attached to the table legs?

Do you leave the plastic caps on the end of the legs or take them off. its seem very difficult to put the wheels .. very little room for wrench

How do you lock the two wheels that have brakes?

You just step down on the brake above the wheel and it locks into position. there is a release that you step on to unlock it. very easy and smooth to lock and unlock.
