Can you slice a 12 inch deli roast beef on it ? can 12 inches fit on the slicing table ?

When you first got your slicer did it leave marks? i got it to cut my sourdough and it left gray/black marks on the bread. i wiped the blade down too.

No i don’t remember it leaving any marks. i used it to slice turkey breast and it did great.

I know you have to push the slide to cut but do you have to hold a button down at the same time?

…short answer is no, if the unit is fully / completely assembled, you will not need to hold the power button in to operate the unit . if the cover plate to the blade is not installed, it activates a micro switch where the threaded rod is inserted to hold the cover plate in place and yes you will need to hold the power button in to operate the unit

You just turn it on and slice, blade is sharp, product work perfectly for me
