What temperature does it need to be on to freeze to frozen slushy?

If there is no alcohol in the ingredients, set the temperature around -3°C. If the machine is still dispensing liquid, adjust the temperature to -4.0°C or lower. Set to -6°C to -9°C in the presence of alcohol.

Can you put anything in this? Is it just normal coke to get coke cola ?

Different syrups such as cola or fruit juice can be used, and the sugar content must exceed 13%. Do not use dairy products as they will be too sticky and difficult to clean.

Do you have to wait for it to be completely empty before refilling? Needing high volume for party ;-) Thinking of having a different flavour in each side, or one alcoholic, one not; just worried about having to wait a long time for it to freeze after being completely emptied. ;)

You can choose to replenish the ingredients when they are almost used up, or empty them and then replenish them. This model has 2 tanks, one tank has a capacity of 15 liters and can make about 10 liters of smoothie when full. You can put different flavors on both sides and add alcohol. Smoothie making time is also fast, running around 30-40 minutes to create a smoothie.

How long can the drink remain in the system, we are wanting it for our cocktail lounge, we open fridays and Saturdays.
