is this 12volt ???

It requires the use of a 24V battery and cannot use a 12V battery, but it can be used if two 12V batteries are connected in series.

What is the minimum voltage required to operate - will it run (but slower) on 18V?

Hello. Can I run this on a 24v lithium battery. What is the maximum voltage input? My 24v lithium battery fully charged is 29.2v will this work thanks.

Yes, you can. The maximum voltage is 27v. If the voltage exceeds 27V, there is overvoltage protection, and the machine will not start.
