The upper platen stop is 25.4mm, and the lower platen stop is 30mm.

No, it comes with a 220V Australian plug.

It is not recommended for cutting stainless steel.

The cutting angle can be 45 degrees, but the workpiece needs to be clamped slightly, otherwise the cutter head will be easily knocked off.
