My sister gave me her vevor machine that she purchased because she couldnt get it to work....it came with the signmaster software. I loaded this up and entered her software code it showed as a generic plotter...when you go to cut it says no cutter installed. It doesnt given you any options or dropdowns to lad more software... i upgraded to signmaster v 5 pro hoping this might fix it ....it didnt could someone help
