If I have a job that is 435mm wide and can get the vinyl cut down from an 895mm wide roll how much extra do I need either side for the roller gap? I read a previous question and you mentioned 105mm so 540mm wide roll would allow me to cut 435mm stripes for a car bonnet?
The maximum cutting width of this product is 615 mm (720 − 105 mm). The 105 mm is the width occupied by the small rollers. Therefore, a 540 mm-wide roll can accommodate a 435 mm-wide cutting job.

Can this cut the 3M paint protection film used to protect car and motorbike paint? Can it cut rolls that are 300mm wide or only full size 700mm? Does it come with software to cut?
It can cut materials with adhesive backing up to 1 mm thick. The maximum cutting width is 720 – 105 = 615 mm, where 105 represents the carriage width. It can also cut 300 mm-wide materials and comes with cutting software.
