I've already bought this, but I lost my PC in a flood and couldn't recover everything, as well as the paper manual for it. The cutter still works, just can't remember the software needed for it, so I can get it downloaded on my new PC

Yes, its a heatpress. To need to know the size of the heatpress and paper you want to sublimate. Mine is a 12×15 and i use 8×11 paper on it. It works fine and has enough pressure
