Are the feed dials in metric or english increments. Also can they be zeroed ?
What size tooling fits into this lathe, 3/8, or 1/2"?
3/8" is much better. I added a quick change tool post with the help of a friend with machining capabilities.

What are the two knobs for on the bottom of the control panel?
If your facing the lathe the left knob is the forward and reverse control. The right knob is the speed rate control for the self feed screw.
