What is the external width including the sliders on each side? Is it 405mm or 355mm

The external width of this product including the guide rail is 383MM. The internal width of the cabinet must be greater than 383MM to be successfully installed.

This gets screwed into cabinet. might look for one that uses double sided tape. but i absolutely love this product. rolls in and out very smoothly.

No, they only mount on the bottom of a cabinet or sitting on a shelf.

This pull out cabinet is equipped with bottom-mounted slide rails, that is, the slide rails are installed at the bottom of the cabinet, and this product cannot be installed on the side of the cabinet.
