What is the wavelength of light emitted by the 2500mW laser module? I cannot see on the photo of the laser module. The 500mW CNC machine shows a photo of its laser where it says 405nm wavelength. Is the 2500mW laser also 405nm?

I’ve just bought this item and was wondering if, you buy a bigger laser for cutting wood ect ect And can the router bit carve out letters and cut out names from wood ??. Thankyou

Yes, this is possible. However, laser molds have been discontinued in Australia. It is recommended that you purchase them elsewhere.

It can be cut with a knife. The 2.5W laser is only used for surface carving, and the power is not enough for cutting.
