Hello I am interested in the vevor water filter and I am wondering how often you need to replace the filter cartridge? How much each filter cartridge costs? And if you even need to replace the filter cartridge? Also is this machine as good as kangen filter?

Generally, the default factory setting is to change the filter element every 8000L of water. This machine has weaker electrolysis capacity than Kangen's machine, but the basic water quality is similar.

Does it filter fluoride and chlorine?

Yes, it can filter chlorine and fluoride, but it also depends on the content of the raw water. It may not be able to completely remove it. If the quality of your local raw water is not good, it is recommended to install a pre-filter, and the purification effect will be better.

Is there any tap part number available to connect to the output and then connect spout to the tap. This is to manually control the output flow rate which sometimes might help in improving the ORP value. The longer the water stays in the ioniser more electrolysis can happen and better will be the PH and ORP values. Also if we feed mineral water 8.5PH or higher in the input of this ioniser does it help improve the ORP values. Is there a way to improve the ORP value to -500mV with PH 9-9.5.

Please choose Alkaline 4th gear and adjust the flow rate through the tap switch. Control the water flow rate of the water machine at 1.5-2.0L/min so that the water coming out will be 9.0-9.5PH OPR at -500mv.

How long should I allow the machine to run the cleaning process. Also how often does the machine automatically switch to the self cleaning process? Thank you

The automatic cleaning function is to automatically clean every 60L of water. The cleaning process takes one minute. After the cleaning is completed, it will automatically return to the alkaline level 2.

Why does water come out of both the spout and the tap fitting at the same time?
