How many cm this booster going to lift up the dog from the bottom seat? Is the bottom pad firm? What is the actual measurement of the inside where the dog stay? Is the surrounding edge firm or will go down when the dog push it or put their head on it?

This bottom is raised 9cm; The bottom is a whole flat sponge, which is relatively firm. Actual inner diameter size: 62 * 42cm The side is sponge, not hard. Small and medium-sized dogs will deform slightly when their heads are placed on it, but they will immediately recover once their heads are removed.
